By purchasing a product from our website, you are agreeing to the returns policy below.


I received the wrong item / My item is damaged: We can offer exchanges and replacements, shipped at no added cost. You must contact us within 30 days of when you received the item.

Change of mind / Incorrect item ordered / Vehicle sold before item fitted: We cannot guarantee full refunds in this case. All cases will be individually assessed. If your item is kept in local stock, you may be able to return the item if it is unused and in the original packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your item is a pre-order or special order, you may be able to return the item under the same conditions, but your refund will have a 20% restocking fee deducted. If you are unsure of your order, PLEASE CONTACT US. We are more than happy to assist to ensure you order the correct part and are happy with your decision.

My item is not functioning as intended/has failed: Please see the warranty section that corresponds to your items brand.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must do so before the order has been shipped to be viable for a full refund. If your item is a pre-order or special order, and is already in transit from overseas, we will be unable to guarantee a full refund and will assess this as a change of mind.



Powerflex is proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on the ROAD SERIES range of products.

Any parts used for track/motorsport/competition purposes, or part numbers ending in ‘BLK’ are excluded from this warranty.

By purchasing and using Powerflex products, you are agreeing to the terms of our Lifetime Warranty as set out below:

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
  • Powerflex products must be installed by a mechanically capable person.
  • The warranty is restricted to the replacement of the supplied goods, but not to consequential loss (e.g. carriage charges, garage labour costs, vehicle recovery, car hire, loss of earnings, etc.) or any other resulting problem/s.
  • In the event of failure, we may require the old, failed parts returned to us, or, photos as part of our inspection.

If you wish to claim our lifetime warranty, please e-mail us and send as much information as possible (i.e. details of installation, car modifications, photos of failed parts). This will help us assess your case and determine the reason for a problem.
